The people behind the pickup

A good pickup depends on clear coordination between the person who confirms the job and the crew that handles the items.

Accountability before arrival

Customers should know which provider is assigned, who is expected to arrive, and how to reach the service team if plans change.

What customers should expect

The assigned provider should confirm what is included and how changes to the scope will be handled before work begins.
